ON THE DAY MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION PACKAGE
On the day, M&P Events Boutique will be the first port of call for any questions from suppliers and guests. We will be there on the background to ensure everything goes smoothly and on time.
This service package includes –
An initial meeting 8 weeks before your wedding
6 weeks meeting before the wedding to discuss time line (vendors included)
4 weeks before to go through the wedding day schedule.
On the day M&P will lease with all suppliers and ensure the day runs as smooth as ever.
Contacting all your suppliers & ensuring they all have the correct details for the day
2 Weeks before, meet with bride and groom to present timeline. Go over any arrangements the couple have previously made with vendors, and update timeline accordingly.
1 Week before, we will confirm final details with vendors prior to wedding day. Make sure that all vendors have the on the day coordinators contact information. Send vendors a copy of the final timeline and make sure they have directions to the ceremony and reception locations.
Set up day (usually night before wedding or morning of wedding)
Total coordination of your wedding day, from getting ready to your last dance.
